  3. If the shipment is created - and not processed by the seller, only the bank fees will be deducted and the remaining amount will be refunded to the customer.
  4. If the shipment has been created, processed, and sent to the customer's address, we will not be able to cancel your order, and a refund will only be issued if the product differs from the agreed-upon product.
  5. If a tourist package is booked and cancelled more than 24 hours before the trip, the full amount will be refunded unless there are accommodation or flight bookings, in which case the booking policies of the airlines or accommodation companies will apply.
  6. If a tour package is cancelled less than 24 hours before the start of the trip, a 20% administrative fee will be deducted, in addition to the accommodation or flight booking fees, according to the booking policies of the airlines or accommodation companies.
  7. In the event that the agreed trip or service cannot be carried out, the customer has the option of either a full refund or compensation with another service according to his wishes.
  8. All refunds are transferred to the customer's account within a period not exceeding two weeks, according to the transfer policy of banks and credit cards.
  9. All services provided do not require the payment of a financial or bank deposit, and the customer is not required to pay a deposit to obtain the service.
